When you want grip without bulk, Piloti is the ideal tape in dry and wet conditions, giving a thin, direct feel for racing.

Inspired by running-shoe foam and F1 tyres, plus SILCA's own research into rolling efficiency and damping, Nastro uses a laminate of SILCAthane, SILCAlon and 3M visco-elastic adhesive instead of a single foam extrusion. The result is a softer feel, higher wet and dry grip, better vibration isolation, and 3–5x the durability of conventional tape. It comes with an adhesive-backed butterfly that covers the lever clamp without bulk, high-grip finishing tape and expanding aluminium end plugs.

Specifications

1.85mm thickness

230cm length (±10%)

High wet and dry grip

Laser-engraved aluminium end plugs

Fully adhesive finishing tape

Butterfly clamp cover

SILCA Crash Replacement Program: crash your bars within a year of purchase and get replacement tape at a discount.
