The OSPW ALPHA for Shimano's latest 12-speed Di2 off-road derailleurs (GRX, XTR and XT) brings CeramicSpeed's oversized pulley design to gravel and mountain bike drivetrains.

Why oversized?

Larger pulley wheels mean the chain bends less as it wraps around them, which cuts drivetrain friction. Combined with CeramicSpeed's hand-built hybrid ceramic bearings, an OSPW system is one of the most effective drivetrain upgrades you can make.
