Gemini RIGEL Carbon Chainring SRAM 8-Bolt Direct Mount
A handmade forged-carbon 1x chainring with a hard-wearing alloy tooth core, made for SRAM 8-bolt direct-mount cranks. Sizes run from 40T for gravel up to 54T for fast road setups.

Forged carbon body
A pressed carbon body saves weight over alloy rings without losing stiffness under load.
Alloy where it counts
A 7075-T6 aluminium core forms the tooth contact surfaces, so the chain wears metal, not carbon.
Continuous fibre teeth
Carbon fibre is wrapped concentrically around each tooth under more than 100 tonnes of pressure rather than layered or machined.
Quiet running
Carbon covers the alloy core laterally, damping chain noise and friction.
Made in Barcelona
Handcrafted in-house by Gemini after three years of development, with patents pending.
