SILCA's most comfortable bar tape and a Tour magazine test winner. Its 3.75mm of cushion gives damping similar to 5mm in other tapes, which makes it ideal for long days and rough roads.
Inspired by running-shoe foam and F1 tyres, plus SILCA's own research into rolling efficiency and damping, Nastro uses a laminate of SILCAthane, SILCAlon and 3M visco-elastic adhesive instead of a single foam extrusion. The result is a softer feel, higher wet and dry grip, better vibration isolation, and 3–5x the durability of conventional tape. It comes with an adhesive-backed butterfly that covers the lever clamp without bulk, high-grip finishing tape and expanding aluminium end plugs.
