ORTLIEB Handlebar-Pack Waterproof Bikepacking Roll
A lightweight, fully waterproof handlebar roll sized for a sleeping bag or mat, with open ends for quick access from either side. Available in a narrow 9L for drop bars or a roomier 15L.
