Insoles shaped to your feet, made in our fitting studio in Dorking. The insoles that come with cycling shoes are flat and generic. Sidas custom insoles are heat-moulded to the shape of your own feet, so your foot is supported evenly every time you push on the pedals.
Why custom insoles?
- Even pressure across the foot. Load is spread over the whole sole instead of a few hot spots, which gives a more stable, connected feel on the pedal.
- Support where you need it. The arch is supported in its natural shape, which helps keep your foot, ankle and knee tracking in line.
- Comfort on long rides. Better support and vibration absorption can reduce foot fatigue, numbness and hot foot on long days.
- Smoother, more efficient pedalling. A stable foot means less wasted movement in the shoe and more of your effort going into the pedals.
How it works
- Foot assessment. We look at your feet, arches and how you stand, and talk through any discomfort you have on the bike.
- Moulding. The insoles are warmed and moulded to your feet in a supported position, so they hold your foot's natural shape.
- Fitting. We trim them to your cycling shoes and check the fit before you leave.
Who are they for?
Riders who get hot foot, numb toes or aching arches, riders with high or low arches, and anyone who wants a more stable, precise contact with the pedals. They suit road, gravel and mountain bike shoes.
What to bring

Pair them with a bike fit
Custom insoles work best as part of a full set-up. Add them to an Expert Bike Fitting and we'll mould them during your session, then set your cleats with the insoles in place. Find out more about our bike fitting.
