Gift voucher FAQs
How will I receive a digital voucher?
We email the voucher code straight after your order is complete, with instructions for redeeming it at checkout. You can forward the email to the person you're buying for, or print it and hand it over.
How does the printed card work?
Choose a value and check out as normal. Our team prepares a printed Cycle Collective voucher card with its own code, then posts it by tracked UK delivery or has it ready for free click and collect in Dorking, whichever you choose at checkout. Cards are prepared on our opening days, Wednesday to Sunday.
How do they use it?
Online, they enter the voucher code at checkout. In the shop, they show the code or card at the till. If the order costs more than the voucher, the difference can be paid by card or PayPal.
Do they have to spend it all at once?
No. Any balance left over stays on the code, so it can be used again until it expires.
How long is a voucher valid for?
12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I return a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Can I buy a voucher in the shop?
Yes. Pop into our shop at Unit 1A St. Martins Walk, Dorking RH4 1UT, through the clocktower arch on the High Street. We're open Wednesday to Friday 09:00–17:00, Saturday 08:30–15:00 and Sunday 09:30–15:00.
