Choose your grease

• All Round: low to medium viscosity for everyday riding in dry weather with little contamination. Recommended fill 60–80%.
• Long Life: medium viscosity for wet weather, off-road riding and non-coated bearings, giving the best protection in the worst conditions. Recommended fill 70–100%.
• Race Day: the lowest possible friction for time trials, track and race days.
