Precision Fuel & Hydration PF 300 Flow Gel
A resealable pouch holding 300g of carbohydrate, the equivalent of ten standard gels, designed to be decanted into a bottle or flask. It flows without adding water, so you can carry a whole ride's fuel in one place and sip to a schedule.
Highlights
Why we rate it
Ten gels in one
Each pouch holds the same carbohydrate as ten PF 30 Gels, cutting down on wrappers and pocket clutter.
Flows without water
The gel has been engineered to pour and squeeze easily straight from the pouch, so there's no mixing required.
Track your intake
Decant into a PF&H Flow Bottle or Flow Flask and use the graduations to see exactly how much carbohydrate you've taken on.
Gut-friendly blend
A 2:1 mix of maltodextrin and fructose helps you absorb more carbohydrate per hour.
Clean and neutral
A mild taste with a hint of citrus, no caffeine and no artificial ingredients, and it's Informed Sport certified.
