The Italian Army Knife is SILCA's take on the traditional multi-tool. It combines fully forged mid-length tools with stainless steel hardware. Mid-length tools are long enough to reach recessed fasteners, but short enough not to twist or get damaged under moderate torque. Every tool is forged rather than bent from hex stock. This costs more to make, but pays off at the roadside. Mid-length tools also sit in the same plane, which halves the overall thickness. Double-chromed tools and stainless hardware and bushings resist corrosion: the number 2 killer of multi-tools, after loss.
