Workshop ✳ Servicing ✳ Repairs ✳ Builds ✳ Surrey Hills
The workshop.
Your personal service course.
Your bike is a machine and, like all machines, regular maintenance is the key to performance and enjoyment. Whether or not there's an obvious problem, servicing keeps it safe and running at its best. Prevention is better (and cheaper) than cure, and a well-serviced bike gives you many more trouble-free miles.
Faster, cleaner, quieter
Chain waxing
Swap oily lube for hot-melt wax: a drivetrain that runs smoother, stays clean and lasts longer.
We strip the factory grease right back to bare metal, then immerse the chain in hot-melt wax so it coats every roller and pin. Waxed chains don't pick up grit and grime the way oily ones do, so your drivetrain stays cleaner, runs quieter and wears more slowly. No more black marks on your leg either.
New chain prep & wax
A brand-new chain fully stripped of factory grease and hot-waxed, ready to fit. The best way to start.

Re-wax
Your waxed chain cleaned and re-dipped to restore that fast, silent feel.

Waxes we use
Want to wax at home? We stock Silca and CeramicSpeed waxing kits, chain strippers and drip-on wax lubes for top-ups between waxes.
Beyond the menu
Other services
Beyond our fixed services, we can carry out almost any workshop job, from wheel builds and electronic set-up to carbon frame repair.
Wheel building
Talk to us about your riding and we'll build the right wheels for it, with rims, hubs and spokes from most manufacturers.
Electronic groupsets
Full diagnostics for Shimano Di2, Campagnolo EPS and SRAM AXS: firmware updates, new functions and shifting customised to you.
Carbon frame repair
Cracked or damaged carbon doesn't always mean a new frame. We'll inspect the damage, explain your options and restore your frame's strength and finish. Priced on assessment.

Good to know
Parts are extra
Service prices are labour only. Our assessment gives you an idea of what's needed, and we'll contact you before fitting any additional parts, so please keep your contact details up to date.
Old parts
Worn, broken or replaced parts are disposed of unless you ask to keep them.
Storage
We may charge for storage if a bike isn't collected within a reasonable time.
Protect your warranty
Warranties on new products often depend on regular maintenance. Campagnolo (up to 4 years), CeramicSpeed (up to 6 years) and Chris King all require it.
