Garmin Rally RS210 Dual-Sided Power Meter Pedals (Shimano SPD-SL)
Garmin's fifth-generation dual-sensing pedal power meter for Shimano SPD-SL cleats, measuring each leg independently for left/right balance and full Cycling Dynamics. A gyroscope-assisted spindle, USB-C rechargeable battery and swappable pedal bodies make it easy to move between bikes.
Highlights
Why we rate it
True dual-sided sensing
Both spindles measure power, giving genuine left/right balance, power phase, platform centre offset and seated/standing data rather than a doubled single-leg figure.
Rechargeable, fast charging
Replaces coin-cell batteries with an internal cell good for around 90 hours, and a 15-minute top-up gives roughly 12 hours of riding.
Pedal IQ calibration
The pedals monitor temperature and other conditions and prompt you when a fresh zero offset is needed.
Swap between disciplines
The sensing spindle moves between Rally 110/210 pedal bodies, so one set of electronics can serve road, gravel and MTB bikes with conversion kits.
Gyroscope-assisted spindle
A redesigned strain gauge plus gyroscope improves accuracy across a wide cadence range.

2. Fill up to the shoulders of the bottle with 1 litre of lukewarm water for faster formula activation!
3. Carefully cut one corner of the sachet open along the diagonal cut lines.
4. You can carefully pour the sachet straight into the top of the bottle. Or using the box, fold the inside of the lid together using the printed lines as a guide and use this as a funnel to pour the powder into your bottle. (Please see our video for full instructions on this.
5. Screw your spray trigger back onto the top of the bottle. Ensure it’s tight!
6. Shake the bottle vigorously for 30-60 seconds to activate the formula. If you notice any undissolved powder simply keep shakin’ it!
