Trusted for its speed for over a decade, the Tempor remains a firm favourite with athletes in time trials and on the track. Updated on the inside for a more comfortable fit, the helmet still retains every detail that continues to make it one of the fastest there is.
Developed to give Swedish rider and time trial expert Gustav Larsson the edge in the London 2012 Olympic Games, the helmet is as slippery possible for ultimate efficiency cutting through the air.
The shape results from extensive CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modelling and aerodynamic simulations. It is designed to ensure the optimum flow of air around the whole body, not just over the head. As such, the helmet works to direct air away from the shoulders, ensuring you cut through the air as efficiently as possible.
Two air intakes at the front help to reduce air resistance, allowing some air to flow through the helmet and over the shoulders, rather than creating too much turbulence as you push forwards. This airflow also provides generous ventilation through every effort.
Updated on the inside to reduce pressure points and be easier to get on and off, the helmet also features an improved fit system giving both comfort and security.
